职位描述
Responsibility
Primary Responsibility
a. Lead of daily production shipment, follow up the Shipment Schedule and Build Plan.
b. Monitor daily molding/printing/assembly production actual output status, deal with the abnormal of production.
c. Scheduler daily production plan to production team and other support team. Ask other support team to arrange related people to support.
d. Monitor material of backend process, make sure we have enough material for production line and shipment schedule, reduce production line down time.
e. Daily monitor manpower for each process, and adjust people from one process to another process reasonable once the HC shortage.
f. Lead of production department for change day and night shift monthly.
g. Complete other work according to the row of leadership.
Secondary Responsibility.
a. New project daily plan of backend process, output etc take over.
b. BANN system operation.
c. Responsible for compiling backend process weekly work plan and summary.
d. Coordinate production lines appear abnormal situation and coordinate with all departments(etc Quality department, IE department, Factory Engineer) to work progress and cohesion, or adjustment.
Job Requirements
Education Qualification
1) University degree
Knowledge & Skills
1) University college with major in business trading, logistic, electronics, account is preferred.
2) Extremely good at Excel and computer, can speak /write English for daily job.
3) ERP/SAP system experience
4) Bann system training
Personal Attributes
1) Intelligent, self-confidence, full of responsibilities.
2) Strong communication.
Experience
1) Or 6 to 7 years planning & material experience and/or training.
2) Computer and excellent excel experience
Other Requirements
1) Able to work overtime.
2) Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and time constraint.
