职位职能: 项目主管 项目经理
职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、领导和控制软件项目的实施过程；
2、规划和定义企业客户相关的业务流程；
3、收集、分析用户需求并提供解决方案；
4、根据用户需求进行产品的配置或二次开发方案设计；
5、独立或带领项目组完成企业软件系统项目工程的实施工作；
6、总结项目经验，培训团队新人；

技能要求：
1、精通.NET技术，深入了解技术的底层架构；
2、精通SQL Server数据库编程，对数据库性能优化有相关经验；
3、对于设计模式和程序架构有较深的理解；
4、具有企业采购，物流或生产相关软件应用项目管理经验；
5、二个以上大项目管理经验；
6、具有良好的口头和书面表达能力，具备一定的领导和项目推动能力、较强的组织协调能力，能与客户高层进行业务和管理层面的有效沟通；
7、富有责任心、团队精神和创新精神，能够在压力下工作
