Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Education: Associates degree or certification program requiring two years to complete preferred..

2. Experience: Three years or more experience in electronic production failure analysis area. Be easy to communicate and good at learning, good executive ability.
3. Be familiar with electronic circuit and schematic reading and understandiing

4. Master common or convertional testing/measurement instruments

5.Be familiar with different electronic communication protocol such as CAN, Most etc.

6. Rework tools operation skill (Soldering Iron, hot air gun, BGA rework station, through hole rework station)

7. Office application


Essential Responsibilities:

1. Failure analysis instruments and rework equipments setup, maintenance.

2. Compile FA document for standard failure analysis procedure and related instrument operation.

3. Work instruction for rework equipment operation.

4. Control ESD in FA area.

5. Basic electronic circuit analize knowledge.

6. Communicate with design, AME, testing to study product theory and master them for failure analize.

7. Develop and evaluate failure analize equipment or instrument.

8. Effective and efficient analize skill or ability.

9. Feedback analize result to production and process.

10. Result driven: scrap rate for failure analize, duration for analize, duration for new product study.

11. Performs any other duties as assigned by his supervisor to support the operation.
