Essential Responsibilities:

1. Improve and standardize the Order to Cash process for all three divisions to ensure revenue recognition and the accounts receivable record is accurate and is in compliance with both USGAAP and local GAAP

2. Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in three-way matching that is matching billing to sales order and delivery and review billing to ensure customer credit term properly stated

3. Responsible for sales and AR related manual entry review, lead all divisions’ Accounts Receivable accounts reconciliation via proper presentation through AR aging report, customer credit term verification through actual collection tracking

4. Develop AR Team capability and KPI to be a good coordination between division sales team, business controlling, as well as plant controlling and plant operation team, drive SAP competency

5. Supervises daily accounting transaction for plant to ensures the compliance with USGAAP and local GAAP by implementing proper review and sign-off procedures

6. Leads month-end closing for plant and the monthly accounts reconciliation review with proper follow-up action.

7. Supervise the tax transaction and operation for Suzhou legal entities including tax registration, monthly tax filing, quarterly defer tax calculation and the reconciliation of other entities’ VAT output

8. Assist senior manager in plant VAT exemption & drawback, R&D super deduction and other legal entity related tax project

9. Perform monthly management report in BPC and responsible for ICO balance reconciliation

10. Prepares monthly and annual statutory and tax reports in a timely and quality manner; duly performs reconciliations between USGAAP and Chinese GAAP results

11. Coordinates external audit affairs; delivers assignments from Senior Manager on accounting and internal control procedures

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• Above 5 years related working experience in MNC
• Proficient SAP experience
• Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Adequate English reading and writing competence
• Good interpersonal and team work skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and timeline
