Position Details

1. Drive the global RMA (Return Material Authorization) and FA (Failure Analysis) as main coordinator to achieve the targets.

2. This role will interface with internal/CM departments such as quality, manufacturing, customer service, planner and engineering to coordinate, and expedite the repair and return of products.

3. Lead meetings on RMA and FA with internal and CM teams.

4. RMA and FA documentation support.

5. Drive continuous improvement activities within RMA and FA process.

Required Qualifications

1. Good both written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.

2. Have the ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and presentations with a strong attention to detail.

3. Good teamwork which effectively communicate with other functions.

4. A customer oriented with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

5. Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues, CM's and customers.

6. Ability to recognize and communicate issues, risks and solutions.

7. Good logic analytical and problem solving skills, and professional capability to work under pressure.

8. Ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities.

9. Understanding of product cost structure, product test, failure analysis, and debug techniques.

10.BS or higher degree in optics, electronics or related fields.
