Job Responsibilities:
1.Grow new business from existing and potential customers.
2.Support Finance to follow up payment collection;
3.Keep abreast of available capacity of the company and work with customers accordingly.
4.Maintain full awareness of customer demands on current and End of life models;
5.Brief and coordinate with related departments on customer’s demand changes to minimize financial exposure;
6.Enforce related departments on customers' business trends and new/old models change over;
7.Keep close business relationship with customers to stay on top of customer’s strategies and organization changes which may indirectly impact the company;
8.Besides the normal reports provide by customer, he/she must has the ability thru his customer contacts to collect intelligence which may put the company in a favorable situation from an unfavorable situation in advance;
9.To ensure related departments to provide rapid and prompt response to customer.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.
2.Proficient in English and Japanese.Japanese is must.
3.Familiar with quotation process.
4.At least 5 years relevant working experience in EMS companies.
5.Good command in written and verbal communication.
6.Must be self driven, sociable, highly motivated and with good project management skills.
7.Fit for business traveling.
