工作职责：

1、参与制定公司发展战略、年度经营计划和预算方案；

2、组织研究行业最新产品的技术发展方向，主持制定技术发展战略规划；

3、管理公司的整体核心技术，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案；

4、及时了解和监督技术发展战略规划的执行情况；

5、领导分管部门制度并组织实施年度工作计划，完成年度任务目标；

6、主持新产品项目所需的设备选型、试制、改进以及生产线布局等工作；

7、研究决策公司技术发展路线，规划公司产品；

8、指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行最后的质量评估；

9、与客户进行技术交流，了解客户在技术的发展要求，并解答客户提出的与产品技术相关问题；

10、制定技术人员的培训计划，并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训；

11、完成上级交办的其他事项。


工作要求：


1、本科及以上学历；物理、材料、化学等专业；

2、具有10年以上技术管理工作经验，5年以上技术总监同职工作经验；

3、熟悉技术流程及相关法律法规以及国际贸易惯例；

4、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；

5、熟练使用办公软件和办公设备。
