一、工作职责：

1.公司办公电脑、系统安装、配置、调试、故障修复、日常维护等工作；

2.公司布线网络设备的安装调试及故障处理；

3.负责公司电话网络的管理和维护；

4.进行IT设备的日常维护及管理；资产档案维护；

5.公司电脑防病毒软件更新、维护；

6.IT支持，为公司内部员工或客户解决电脑使用中的软硬件问题；

7.邮箱用户管理，OA系统维护。

二、职位要求：

1、计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历,至少一年以上相关工作经验；

2、熟悉windows xp、vista、7等操作系统安装、使用，包括系统设置、安全设置、常用系统命令等；

3、较强维护能力，能够独立维护电脑、打印机等日常办公设备；

4、动手能力强，有较强的自学能力及解决问题能力；

5、具有吃苦耐劳精神、良好的服务意识、上进心和责任心。
