key responsibilities of the unit manager are:

?Managing the daily operation of the AHE KS, including following functions
oProduction
oTechnical Office
oLogistics
?Responsible for the performance and output of the AHE, including financial responsibility
?Join the monthly review, forecast and costing update together with factory manager (FM)
?Set and follow up targets for the AHE based on both product group and Operations China strategies together with factory manager
?Participate in making the Operational plan, then implement and follow up the operational plan
?Responsible for
osafety and quality of the processes and products
oensure the delivery performance to customers
ocost optimization
?Secure Standardized work & SOP, support Problem Solving & Improvement activities under ALPS
?Secure ALPS / Lean Six Sigma / 5S and other Operations initiative in the unit
?Drive the continuous improvement
?Develop the team to fulfill the targets and support the future business development

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has Degree in Engineering or equivalent, good leadership and management skills and experience, be a result driven leader who likes to be present in the organization, be open and communicative, have a strategic perspective,experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
