Requirement：
1.Mechanical or Engineering education; bachelor or above
2.Experience in multinational manufacturing companies is a prefer;
3.About 5-year experience on purchasing and at least 2-year management position;
4.Basic knowledge of manufacturing, quality/inspection, commercial and contract law;
5.English communication both in writing and speaking;
6.Willing work harder, take high ownership, and be proactive;

8.LSS/ PRP activities
9.4-5- years leadership & managerial experience

Responsibilities:
1.Manage, lead and develop the sourcing team in the factory;
2.Secure the sourcing activities to comply with the sourcing management policy, systems and regulations;
3.Set up the sourcing performance targets for team and team members aligned with the company’s goal and objectives;
4.Build and improve the solid supplier base;
5.Develop suppliers to fulfil the requirements of business in terms of quality, time, costs and business principles;
6.Seek the cost reduction opportunities by localization, resourcing, price negotiation etc. sourcing activities or projects
7.Cooperate, communicate with group sourcing team, build network;
8.Coordinate and support the suppliers audit with the certified auditors / BP auditors; take the follow up job with supplier after auditing;
9.Work with factory management in sourcing plan (handshake, SPA) in line with the operation plans;
10.Cooperate, communicate, and support the daily ALPS / CSB related to sourcing issues;
11.Improve the data quality in ERP and PADT; utilize the information daily management job’
12.Corporate cross functional with local management team with focus on total business result
13.Secure rules in regards/ supplier / customer are kept
