岗位职责：
Responsibilities
1、Arrange the purchasing and production plan according to PO requirement, make sure to meet client’s schedule, and optimize the purchasing cost.
认真执行公司采购管理规定，按订单要求制定采购和生产计划，做到及时、适用，合理降低物资积压和采购成本；
　　
2、Familiar with the marketing situation, collecting the relevant information and report to management. Managing the purchasing plan, especially for the long L/T material.
熟悉和掌握市场行情，按“质优、价廉”的原则货比三家，择优采购。注重收集市场信息，及时向部门领导反馈市场价格和有关信息。合理安排采购顺序，对紧缺物资和需要长途采购的原料应提前安排采购计划及时购进；

3、Sample and prototype co-ordination and managing the sample approval process;
严把采购质量关，安排供应商制作样品，并协助工程完成样品确认的流程；

4、Co-ordinate the audit of suppliers with Quality and Engineer team, set up the supplier database, maintain the good relationship with suppliers;
了解供应商的设备、人员、财务状况等，维护供应商关系，建立供应商资料，实施供应商评估；
5、Understanding client requirements and handling requirement changes;
了解客户的要求，并能及时根据客户要求的改变而及时调整采购方向；

6、 Managing communication between the supply chain and the client team;
管理供应商，协助供应商和客户之间的信息沟通；

7、Handling client complaints and providing feedback to suppliers.
协助供应商和工程处理客户投诉的事件。


Qualifications
岗位要求：
1.College degree desired;
大专以上学历；

2.Minimum 3 years' experience of sourcing and Supplier Management for the mechanical or consumer electronics Industry;
有3年以上机械加工制造采购经验者优先；

3.Excellent team player, good communication and interpersonal skill with high integrity;
为人诚实，有成本意识；具有较强的语言表达与沟通能力；具有良好的职业道德；

4.Detailed-oriented, hard-working and can work under pressure, able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice;
抗压能力强、能适应紧张的工作节奏，做事细心、勤奋、讲究效率；

5. Skilled at cost analysis;

6. Business trip frequently;
能适应经常出差；

7. With driving licence is preferred.
有驾照者优先。
