Responsible to match/check BIW parts by using BIW matching fixture and measure the BIW parts by using metrological hardware and software.

Role Responsibility / 主要职责
1. Assist BIW Team to do BIW panel matching on the matching fixture based on the standard assembly operation sequence
根据标准的装配工序，协助白车身组在匹配检具上进行白车身钣金件匹配工作。
2. Responsible to measure the BIW panel by using metrological hardware: LEICA Tracker and software: Polyworks
负责使用莱卡跟踪仪设备和Polyworks软件来测量白车身零件
3. Preparation of Measurement report for BIW parts with Quality Analysis and Judgement
对白车身零件准备测量报告，并进行零件质量分析和判断
4. Assist client to complete BIW Parts Matching related report for each development level based on the project timing.
协助客户完成与白车身零件匹配工作有关的报告，根据项目节点的每一个开发阶段
5. Responsible for BIW checking fixture verification and commissioning
负责白车身检具的验证和调试
6. Responsible for metrological hardware/software management and maintenance

1. Degree/HNC in Engineering or associated management qualification

2. 2-3 years working experience in automotive industry mainly on body process

Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman was born in 1928 in Richmond on the outskirts of London. He built his first competition car (the Lotus Mark 1) in 1948. This car, loosely based around an Austin 7, marked a turning point in motor racing history and the rise of the greatest of all British sports car companies. So successful was this first car and subsequent designs, that within a few years Chapman was producing some of the most acclaimed sports cars in history, and 12 years later went on to win in Formula 1.
