Responsibilities

- Provide financial service to internal customers on AP process in general

- Verify employees expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel policy

- Handle incoming invoices and verify payment requests to suppliers with appropriate approval and supporting documents

- Keep track of payment due dates and process payment timely

- Provide support to GL accountant for monthly closing

- Monitor cash movement and perform regular cash flow forecast

- Timely bind and archive AP vouchers and related AP reports

Requirements

- Diploma or above in accounting or financial related major

- Knowledge of PRC Accounting Policies

- AP experience and 2- 3 years relevant accounting experience

- Skillful in using MS Office software, especially Excel and Word

- Experience in a share service center is a plus
