Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor process yields & internal control throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing/ maverick issues, implement and drive internal corrective actions. Coordinate & sustain the in-line quality monitoring & assurance by using Quality tools such as SPC.
2. Customer Corrective Action Support - Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. Collaborate with team on the root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.
3. Coordinating, monitoring the feedbacks/complaints and responding appropriately to customers. These includes organizing internal meetings, verify and review customer feedbacks, handling customer returns (RMA), 8D submission, follow up on containment actions/all corrective action till proper closures in timely manner.
4. Primary contact between the customer and the plant and must ensure that all appropriate actions to support the customer are understood, agreed and implemented by all parties in order to improve quality levels.
5. Perform process & product audit from time to time. Drive, follow up and report progress updates of continuous improvement programs

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma level with 2 years working experience in electronics manufacturing quality system is preferred.
2. Knowledgeable in the principles, procedures, applications and tools used in quality assurance.
3. Customer service orientated with good verbal/written communication (English & Mandarin) and interpersonal skills.
4.A critical thinker with good analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Able to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks on time
