职位描述
Job Summary
To ensure the quality of incoming and out coming products and components according to the specifications of production and engineering department.
Main Responsibilities
- To apply quality controls and ensure the quality according to Kleemann's specifications of Raw materials, Semi-produced materials and final products;
- To asset the sample's quality of new possible suppliers;
- To asset supplier's quality performance according Kleemann's terms;
- To perform quality audits to suppliers;
- To participate in operations, engineering and production meetings;
- To create methods in order to optimize the effectiveness of quality control & the time needed for checks;
- To report to the General Manager and Q.A. Manager (in Greece);
- To manage claims and non-conformities;
- To establish and manage the quality system ISO9001 in cooperation with Q.A.department in Greece;
- To represent the company to meetings with suppliers;
- To assist manager with other assigement jobs.
Requirements
- More than 2 years experience in relevant position in manufacturing company that works on metal;
- Good at Micro Office in Word/Excel/CAD;
- Have the knowledge of quality inspection in lifts component;
- Familiar with the quality inspection procedure;
- Have the knowledge of how to use the quality testing machine;
- Good skills in communication, learning, coordinating, controlling and analysis;
- Good English skills;
- Smart and positive.
