Description:
- Build and ensure the application of the assembly standards in conception to reach the targets: easy to assembly, respect of the synoptic, convergence of the time, fulfill ergonomics requirement, ensure conformity, diversity, packaging, control
- To estimate the robustness of the parts definition from the process point of view and to follow the actions plans for the non-robustness of the parts definition
- To study and to validate the parts easy to assembly and the ergonomic positions
- To ensure the re-activity to the manufacturing plant, by setting up the short and long term solutions with the designers
- Realize a feedback
Service required results:
- Writing all the specific process specifications for the project
- Argument the robustness and non robustness definition of each new part
- Realize quotation of the good montability for each new part
Requirement:
- Experience into car assembly design or in parts design
- Good knowledge of car parts constitution, manfacturing
- Ability to speak, to write and to manage meetings in English
- The ability to speak French will be a real advantage
- Able to use CAD station and Catia V5
