KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Reviews study protocols and batch records with study directors, manager to ensure that study objective, materials and methods to be used are well understood and practically feasible.

2.Ensures that technicians have read and have received sufficient training to carry out the SOPs,study protocols, batch records, amendments and memos.

3.Coordinates and supervises the activities of technicians to ensure that work is performed correctly and on time as per protocol and SOPs. Ensures proper recording of study data as per GLP or GMP, as dictated by the study design.

4.Trains the laboratory technicians and others requiring training. Coaches and assists technicians while performing procedures and in the handling of unexpected events.

5.Prepares materials and solutions, operates and maintains the equipment. Acts as technician or study director as required.

6.Participates in new methods development and validations.Can function as a study director for Microbiology studies.

7.Supports technicians in instrument operation, maintenance and calibration.

8.Prepares and updates SOPs.

9.Ensures appropriate internal and external quality control procedures are in place.

10.Determine overtime needs and ensure approval by the line manager.

11.Performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.A Masters degree with experience training and supervising

2.Two years of workexperience in a related field.

3.Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and writing.

同时，苏州药明康德拥有众多获得资格认证的毒理学家和病理学家们，能够为国内外客户提供包括大（包括猴、犬）小（包括啮齿类、家兔）动物的急性毒性、长期毒性、药代/毒代、生殖毒性、安全性药理、遗传毒性等药物安全性评价项目以及体内外药物筛选、药理药效研究等。
