工作职责：
应聘者将负责在苏州吴江工厂的行政和财务活动，负责财务总监分配的相关工作，并负责监督财务团队的日常工作，确保财务团队管理秩序，以获得准确的财务及管理账目。

技能要求：
合格的管理报告符合以往相关工作经验；

An Italian company, based in Wujiang (Suzhou area) designs, manufactures and distributes components for the flow control for the Oil & Gas, electricity generation, desalination and shipbuilding. The company exports these products all over the world.
For its facility in Wujiang is looking for a Finance Manager with hierarchical reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.

Potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Chinese nationality
- residence or neighboring districts in Wujiang Suzhou
- fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- university: economics / financial degree
- international working experience in the same role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing companies for at least 5 years
- having held the role of management responsibility for at least 2 years
- capacity for initiative, organizational and results orientation
- age preferably between 30 and 40 years

Responsibilities of the candidate
The candidate will be responsible for the administrative and financial activities at the factory in Wujiang (Suzhou) , working with hierarchical dependencies of the Chief Financial Officer, will thus oversees the daily activities of the finance team and ensure the administrative function in order to obtain accurate financial and management accounts .
The functions required are as follows:
1 Managing the finance function and supervision of the financial team
2 Preparation of budgets, forecast and cash flow
3 Maintaining financial records and processes accounting
4 Preparation of monthly P & L and the consolidated financial statements
5 Preparation of timely financial statements and intercompany
6 Cash management and treasury
7 Determination of wages and salaries
8 Preparation of VAT returns and tax returns

Requirements of the role:
1 Qualified with previous experience of management reporting
2 Demonstrated experience in managing small group involved in accounting
3 The candidate must be independent, confident and able to operate in dynamic environment
4 Able to demonstrate good attention to detail and attitude to problem solving approach
