至少有在外企有想通工作经验，最好是在机械制造企业至少5年以上工作经验；
曾担任主管至少两年；

工作职责：
应聘者将负责在上海嘉定工厂的行政和财务活动，负责财务总监分配的相关工作，并负责监督财务团队的日常工作，确保财务团队管理秩序，以获得准确的财务及管理账目。

所需职位功能如下：
1.管理财务职能及监督财务团队；
2.预算，预测和现金流准备；
3.维持财务记录及会计处理；
4.每月盈亏的制备；
5.现金管理和资金管理；
6.工资，薪金所得的测定；

合格的管理报告符合以往相关工作经验；
具备管理会计财务团队的经验；

An Italian company, based in Jading (Shanghai area), designs, manufactures and distributes components and CNC machines for high precision machining. The company, medium size company, exports these products all over the world.
For its facility in jading is looking for a Finance Supervisor with hierarchical reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.

Potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
？- Chinese nationality
？ - residence or neighboring districts in Jading or Shanghai
？ - fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken
？ - university: economics / financial degree
？ -international working experience in the same role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing companies for at least 5 years
？- having held the role of management for at least 2 years in this position
？- capacity for initiative, organizational and results orientation
？ - age preferably between 30 and 40 years


Responsibilities of the candidate
The candidate will be responsible for the administrative and financial activities at the factory in Jading (Shanghai), working with hierarchical dependencies of the Chief Financial Officer, will thus oversees the daily activities of the finance team and ensure the administrative function in order to obtain accurate financial and management accounts .
The functions required are as follows:
? Managing the finance function and supervision of the financial team
? Preparation of budgets, forecast and cash flow
? Maintaining financial records and processes accounting
? Preparation of monthly P & L
? Cash management and treasury
? Determination of wages and salaries
? Preparation of VAT returns and tax returns

Requirements of the role:
? Qualified with previous experience of management reporting
? Demonstrated experience in managing small group involved in accounting
? The candidate must be independent, confident and able to operate in dynamic environment
? Able to demonstrate good attention to detail and attitude to problem solving approach
　. Good skills in using Excel and knowledge of the principles of accounting software.
