3: Routine work 日常工作
3.1 Employee on board procedure and sign contract with new employee.

QILIFICATIONS
-Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
-At least 5 years HR related working experience
至少5年HR相关工作经验
-Familiar with labor contract and social security rules
熟悉劳动合同及社保公积金办理流程
-Good English communication, both oral and written
良好的英文沟通能力（口语和书面）
-Strong interpersonal skills, good organizing skills and communication skills
-有良好的组织能力和沟通技巧
-Familiar with labor law and regulation in SIP
熟悉苏州园区的劳动法律法规
-Gain intermediate HR management certification
拥有人力资源管理师2级证书
-Married is preferred
