职位要求：

Education & Training:

- College Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

Experience & Competency:

- At least 2 years RDC/DC Process Engineering working experience.

- Good command in English Language

- Understanding of quality systems

- Understanding production RDC/DC process,

- Good knowledge on Machine’s process capability including cpk and cmk

- Preventative maintenance process knowledge

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to challenge own performance in other areas

- Results oriented

- Able to work under pressure

Contribute to help improve work culture

职位职责：

1. Measure and identify ways of improving processes, ensuring changes are implemented

2. Identify bottle necks within the process, due to processing issues, look for ways to resolve and action

3. Analyze customer complaint and take corrective and preventive action

4. Investigate main issues / identify and implement corrective actions quickly

maintain issue / corrective action log

5. Product Improvement- Using top 10 poorest product part approach

6. Support leader monitor open order to ensure close timely

7. Tooling design to improve production efficiency or yield rate

8. Induction examination and submit related material to HR

9. Other duty from supervisor
