Position Overview:
Take the responsibility & accountability of distribution management for TE Connectivity’s Industrial China Business Unit for Greater China. This position is expected to manage Channel compliance and accelerate the distribution business growth through marketing promotion

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Specific Trader Management
-Own the qualification and renewal process for IND Customer Specific Trader (ST): Due diligence survey, Agreement, LOA, etc,
-Organize the On-board training for new ST
-Track the POS & POP report monthly
-Lead the regular performance review meeting: MBR & QBR

Channel Training & Promotion
-Own Channel yearly training plan and scorecard by distributor
-Support distributor on Marketing tools: catalogue and sample kits
-Support IND Focused Distributor (IFD) on joint market promotion: customer seminar, trader show
-Support Channel initiatives and NPI program

Channel Performance Management
-Own Channel Performance Report: Weekly billing & booking, Monthly POS
-Performance analysis by distributor and product line: business loss, productivity
-Support Channel demand forecast (S&OP) process
-Support IFD Monthly Engagement Meeting & QBR

Indirect Customer Management
-Lead IND Channel’s Indirect Customer mapping: Local B, C and D:
-Monitor and Support Channel conflict management

Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above on Engineering or Marketing.
-5+ years' working experience on Channel Management in a multi-national company.
-Distribution sales experience will be an advantage.
-Excellent communication & influencing skill to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization
-Sound business-sense and judgment.
-Experience on Channel marketing & promotion
-Good team player cross function and BU
-Good English skills on writing , oral and listening
-Good computer skills on Microsoft software: Excel, PowerPoint
