职位职责：
1、负责日常系统工作单盒相关信息的录入，及时更新客户基本信息和库存，协调生产计划等
2、协助进出口的日常工作，材料设备进口，成品出口，跟踪货物情况，反馈货物信息，运输单据的审核、整理、登记、保管
3、接待、反馈、跟进与处理客户投诉，对异常事故进行及时有效的处理
4、负责各个部门之间的协调工作，及时解决客户需求
