职位描述
主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：
1. 根据公司生产计划及供应商交货能力，对现生产供应商进行风险分析。
Risk analyzing to the supplier capacity based on the production plan of BBAC and supplier delivery status.
2. 根据公司发展规划及供应商发展前景，对现生产供应商实施中长期战略风险管理。
Long-term strategy risk management to the supplier based on the development strategy of BBAC with development foreground of supplier.
3. 对现生产供应商进行年度绩效考核。
Carry through the supplier performance evaluation annually to the current supplier.
4. 建立、维护供应商及潜在供应商信息库。
Set up and maintain the database of current supplier and potential supplier.
5. 维护ISO-9000质量体系及建立TS-16949质量体系。
Maintain ISO-9000 quality system and set up TS-16949 quality system.
任职条件/Requirement：
1.学士学位，工程相关专业；
University graduate in engineering related discipline;
2.有汽车发动机专业知识背景者优先
Preferred with knowledge of automobile engine;
3.熟练操作Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word等应用软件；
Computer skills such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
4.较高的英语听说读写能力；
Fluent in English;
5.很强的分析能力以及解决问题的能力，较好的人际沟通能力，适应多元文化；
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication skills; Able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
