Responsibilities 职责:
1.根据DAS标准审核员工费用报销单据，及时准确录入金蝶系统。 15%
According to DAS standard audit partners’ expense reimbursement, upload to Kingdee system timely and accurately.
2.办理现金收付及银行结算业务。10%
Handling cash receipts and bank settlement business.
3.负责公司日常付款工作，支付后及时录入金蝶系统。15%
Be responsible for the monthly payment，upload to Kingdee system after payment.
4.负责普通及增值税发票购买及开具工作。20%
Responsible for purchase of invoices and issue work.
5.负责应收账款管理，每周制作应收账款报告。15%
Responsible for the management of accounts receivable, make a weekly report of accounts receivable.
6.负责地税申报工作。10%
Responsible for tax declaration.
7.做好会计档案整理工作。5%
Do a good job in the accounting file management.
8.协助外部审计工作。5%
Assist external audit.
9.及时完成会计经理交办的其他事宜。5%
Complete other tasks assigned by accounting manager timely.

Requirements 要求
1.大专及以上学历，财务会计专业
College degree or above, major in accounting
2.大学英语四级及以上，英文基础良好
CET4 or above, can read and write English
3.熟练使用Excel, Word软件
Be good at Excel, Word
4.具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、学习能力及团队协作精神
Good communication skills, coordination ability, learning ability and the team cooperation spirit
5.能加班来满足工作需求。
Able to work overtime to meet the work requirement
