EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BS. In Inorganic Nonmetal Material Engineer ,
More than 5 years of experience in commercial production, have much knowledge of Pigments, especially on inorganic such as Iron-oxide, TiO2 and CICP (complex inorganic colored pigments), which are used in Coatings and Plastic Industry.
Good presentation and reporting skill.
Have strong teamwork spirit
Good understanding of business, and able to take the ownership
Service oriented, aggressive, result-oriented, self-motivated and adapt to challenge
Excellent written and spoken English skills preferably.
Good command of computer skills including MS Office, e-mail etc.
Willing to travel frequently

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategy
Prepare and monitor marketing and sales budgets
Ensure the efficient, accurate and timely flow for all sales relevant information report to business manager
Effective planning of customer visits, conferences and trade shows and planning of necessary support resources
such as application support, management support ect.
Follow up and fully control customer production requirement and lead to get PO
Solve the issue of collecting last payment coordinated with Finance Dept.
Communicate technically with product principles Internal and external
