Job responsibilities:

各部门协调及谈判：
Departments coordination and negotiation:

1.资料整理：客户销售合同及其他销售文件的管理、归类、整理和归档保管等工作；
Data: the customer sales contract and other sales documents management, classification, sorting and filing storage, etc

2.客户订单：客户订单接受与确认，与各部门协调，跟踪订单生产和备货情况；
Customer order: the customer order and confirmation, coordinate with departments, tracking order production and stock up situation

3.发货安排：与客户和销售人员确认发货计划，跟踪客户订单情况；与仓库协调并确认正常出货；

4.销售报告：负责本区域各类销售数据的整理和审核工作；
Sales report: responsible for all kinds of sales data and audit work of areas.

领导力：
Leadership:

1.执行并监督公司进出货及财务流程，确保各区域流程规范；
Implement and supervise the shipment and financial processes, to ensure that the area specification of process.

2.推动市场人员按要求达成月度及年度销售目标，并且确保订单能以最以最优化的方式进行；
Push the sales to achieve the monthly or yearly target according to the requirement, to ensure that the order can be well executed and arranged.

3.与各大区域负责人一起，对未来市场销售趋势的预计和分析工作；
Involved in the future market trend forecast and analysis work. with area responsible.

4.协助销售人员和其他部门处理内部事务。
