Qualifications:

Pretty Good English skills and a minimum English competency level of CET 6 is required. Candidates must be highly motivated and hard working. Students will be offered placement in the program, based on interviews and testing. The language of all instruction is English.

Traning Program Introductions:

The candidates shall recevie a 1-year CACHE training.CACHE is a UK qualification, a mandatory required for all staff working with children in UK centers. Queen Elisabeth 11 is the patron of CACHE and the qualification is recognized in Commonwealth countries around the world.

候选人参加为期一年的CACHE项目培训及实习，CACHE 是一个英国的教师资质。在英国学前机构学校工作的人员必须持有这个资质才能够在学前机构工作。伊利莎白女王是CACHE的资助人。所有的英联邦国家都认可CACHE。



The CACHE year will be based in an EtonHouse school in China; Wuxi, Suzhou or Nanjing , or another site by agreement between interns and EtonHouse. The year includes both a face to face lecture component and intensive practicum. Students are based full time in the school and work as teaching assistants. EtonHouse provides shared accommodation and a living allowance during the CACHE year.And the training will be conducated by internationally trained educators.

CACHE的培训会在中国区的无锡，苏州，南京或者济南进行。基于实习生和伊顿的协议，学生们会被分到相应的校区。这一整年的CACHE培训将会包括面对面的培训和集中实习两部分内容。实习生们将会以班级助教的身份在不同的分校进行全职学习和实习。在学生们参加CACHE培训的这一年里，伊顿将会为学生们提供住宿和生活补助。由外籍专家授课。



Students who successful complete the program and graduate with CACHE will be required to sign a three (3) year employment contract with EtonHouse China to work in one of the EtonHouse schools located throughout China.
