Abilities and Requirements:

1. Good communication and
negotiation skills;

2. Good English both in oral and
written;

3. Good team work;

4. Frequent travel will be
required

5. College Degree or above

6. 5years + working experiences on
Engineering or Sourcing related experience; at least 3 years experiences of
casting sourcing Pump or Valve industry background is preferred.

7. Familiar with Micro Office
software

Responsibilities:

1. Search and identify potential
suppliers that meet the needs of company and projects;

2. Lead sourcing projects from RFQ
to PPAP approval process with high commercial and technical involvement;
Project management & execution to meet the target on time;

3. Be the key technical
communication channel between customers and local suppliers; strongly participate
in technical requirements review with vendors during RFQ and project execution
period;

4. Cost reduction initiatives;

5. Contract and price negotiation.

6. Conduct on-site supplier initial assessments
in fields of commercial, engineering, quality, production and delivery;

7. Frequent monitor key suppliers to make sure
they can meet Pentair’s requirements on continuous improvement on quality, OTD,
cost and capability;

8. Be align with company’s
objective, know team member and own role well.
