Trouble shooting for any WMS system issues or users error causes data non-integrity between Customer’s ERP and Exceed systems. Contact MY Regional Team and HK application team to identify and apply program fix if needed.
Set up WMS test environment and implement the test with end users for the changes on Customer’s ERP.
Conduct application testing for any system upgrade and new development.
Check report and ensure the accuracy of data interface file, testing for new implementation, communication with WMS regional team for WMS change request
Provide data and reports to end users and customers on business’ demand.
Ensure Citrix users are able to connect and patches are up to date.
Create email information in interface DB for Nike’s customers; import data for orders, transfer, adjustment, return.

WMS project implementation, collect user requirements, Provide solution to user’s requirements; Perform WMS deployment and user training,; Hyperion BI reports development,
Download master files into Exceed e.g. SKU, locations
Prepare testing environment, initialize database configuration, test interface, report and WMS Exceed operation
Collect and translate business requirement into system functions and configure requirement specification
Raise SOS ticket with Functional Business Request. Once approved to test the new request before roll out to Production.
Includes recommendations on operations best practices.
Provide recommendations base on IT capabilities for warehouse best practices.
Test the system.
Recommend operations the procedure change if required
Train users on changes.

1. University graduated, Bachelor Degree or above
1. Good Knowledge and strong hands on skills on Microsoft SQL database.
2. Good experience on supporting business applications system at least for 3 years.
3. With experience on IT support to one of WMS system will be an added advantage
4. Hands on experience on reporting writer will be a plus..
5. Supervisory experience on IT applications team will be a great advantage.

1. Good communications skill in both Mandarin and English.
