1. 进行机器优化设计,并对方案进行确认使其得以有效实施，包括图纸的检查，方案的测试等。Optimize the design of the machine, and verify the solutions to ensure the implement running effectively, including the drawing checking & testing.
2. 在价值分析与价值再造方面与其它内部部门, 客户和供应商合作，同时向其他部门、供应商提供支持。
Coordinate with other departments, customers and suppliers for value analysis or value re-engineering, also provide support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
3. 管理工程变更，与其他部门确协调以保证工程变更有效执行；对机器的持续改进、优化产品成本。
Manage the modification changes and coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of modifications. Continually improve the quality and performance of the machine and optimize the structure of product cost.
4. 配合国外同事完成新项目设计，工程变更以及其他的设计变更、测试等。
Cooperate with foreign colleagues to accomplish new projects, modifications and other design or testing related to machines.

Job Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历, 机械设计相关专业,纺织工程专业优先。
Bachelor or above, Majored in Mechanical Design or related field, Textile Engineering is in priority.
2.至少8年纺织机械厂工作经验，对纺织机械有全面深入的了解。
At least 8 years working experience intextilemachines, has comprehensive and deep knowledge about textile machines.
3. 能够熟练运用机械或者电气相关软件, 如AutoCAD，Solidworks；专业制图；熟悉各种机械或者电气相关的国际与国内标准；良好的沟通能力；有良好的英语表达能力优先考虑。
Can use mechanical or electrical related software, like Autocad, Solidworks; Be family with international and domestic standards related to mechanic or electric; Good communications skills; Having good English Level preferred.
