职位职责：
Responsible for casting quality control
负责铸造生产线质量控制
To deal with non-conformity item in process
处理生产过程中的不合格项
Deal with customer complain and follow the corrective actions inside the factory.
客诉处理并进行内部改善状况跟踪
Ensure accurate and complete control plans and process procedures.
确保准确和完整的控制计划和工艺过程
Handle a new project according to PPAP requirements
根据PPAP要求处理新项目质量相关问题
Conduct annual MSA for each type of gage and judge if Gage meets requirement.
能对测量系统进行正确的分析，对被使用检具的重复性和再现性进行定量的分析，并判断是否可用
Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements for next monthly.
收集每日的首检、巡检、及过程检的相关数据，并定期对数据进行分析处理，反映出阶段性的质量情况，为下阶段的改正和改进提供依据
When quality issue arises, call relevant people to discuss and identify root cause and record all quality issue per NPR form sheet. To the issue, which affects fit, form and function, need to initiate an 8D and follow-up step by step.
对异常情况，应有处理措施，必要时召集有关部门进行分析讨论，得出明确的解决措施，并敦促相关职能部门及时解决问题。可以通过NPR表格对质量问题进行记录，并以8D报告的形式对重大质量问题进行处理分析
Report monthly quality summary to quality manager and provide reasonable suggestion so as to be continuous improvement.
每月向部门领导汇报质量情况，提交各质量统计数据，并提出质量改进建议
Can carry out internal process audit
执行内部过程审核
Be able to leading a continues improve team
带领团队进行持续性改善
Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions

任职要求：Academic:
Bachelor or above, at least 4 years work experience in mechanical area.
本科及以上学历，四年以上机械领域相关工作经验
Experience
year experience of automotive casting processes
4年以上汽车行业铸造工艺工作经验
Knowledge of TS16949
熟悉TS16949体系
Familiar with OEMs’ requirements, quality standards and problem-solving methods
熟悉OEM厂的要求 ，质量标准，问题解决方法
Required experience of automotive process audit, control plans, PFMEA, operator instructions
熟悉汽车过程审核,控制计划,PFMEA,运营商指令
Able to interpret drawings, use various statistical tools such as SPC, Pareto analysis and calculate process capability. Practical experience in PSW,PPAP,SPC,APQP, and customer/supplier relations, as well as ability to report are desirable
能理解图纸,使用各种统计工具,如SPC, Pareto分析和计算过程能力。熟练运用PSW,PPAP,SPC,APQP,具备与客户/供应商的良好沟通能力
Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation.
具备必要的分析能力以寻找质量根源问题
Experienced in the use of the various inspection tools to control the quality of the product
具备使用各种质量检验工具以对质量过程进行控制
Good communication skill and strong teamwork spirit.
细心，善于沟通，较强的团队协作能力
Have basic English communication skill.
