Task and Responsibility
1. Support the transfer of product line from Germany to China.
2. Print to Build development of the product lines and interfacing to the corporate team.
3. Product Lines ramp-up, test, volume production and worldwide delivery to customer according to the sales strategy of the company, with main focus to the geographical markets of China, Vietnam and Uzbekistan. Other geographical markets could be added on demand.
4. Management of Print to Build project in line with product specification, cost budget, product & process quality and project time schedule. Interfacing to the corporate team.
5. Setup of component manufacturing for The Product at BU PRE-Spinning and use of the company PRE setup for the assembly of the product lines.
注：需英语熟练，3年以上产品转移项目经验，适应长期国内或国外出差。



Knowledge and Skill Summary
1. Professional knowledge & experience in: project management and customer’s core spinning processes.
2. Knowledge in Manufacturing Sourcing, QM Processes, Engineering and internal Order Processing applied in machines & tooling industry, preferable in PRE-Spinning, Spinning.
3. Strong and effective negotiation skills.
4. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
5. Capable to work with multi-national teams, intercultural skills.
6. Capability to motivate and influence other colleagues.
7. Capability: Decision Making.
8. Communication Skills; Networking Skills; Customer Focus.
Education and Work Experience
1. Engineering education with strong business background.
2. Experience in Project Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management.
3. Experience in managing of business in an international environment, working across different time zones, national and cultural boundaries.
4. Experience with Project Management tools
