Responsibilities:
1. Welding fixture design, development, organization, coordination and actualization for all projects(including suppliers)
负责所有项目焊接治具开发（包括供应商）、研制、组织、协调、实施工作
2.documents and drawings, provide technical service to production lines and suppliers
负责对焊接治具技术文件、图纸的技术转化、管理及生产线场和供应商的技术服务
3. Develop Weldingprocess and technical documents including design of Weldingman-hour and modification
负责制定及管理产品焊接工艺、技术文件，包括焊接工时定额制定及修改
4. New welding equipment supplier development, and take part in suppliers contract evaluation
负责新产品的焊接设备的供应商开发，并参与设备供应商合同评审工作
5. welding fixture repairing, maintenance and updating
负责全公司生产焊接治具保养及更新
6.Collect welding fixture usage situation monthly, make welding fixture evaluation and measurement, and effect tracking, work out written monthly reports
负责每月的公司内焊接治具运行状况的信息收集，状态评估及对策、措施的制定、效果跟踪，并在每月底作出书面汇报
7.According to factory development needs, take part in welding technology training for employees
根据公司发展需要，参与公司员工的焊接相关知识培训,组织及管理工作
8.Responsible for spot welding, such as gas shielded welding commonly used welding technology, be familiar with related equipment.
负责点焊，气体保护焊等常用焊接工艺，熟悉相关设备
9.Make the welding quality inspection and control control standards, and help to establish the corresponding system and documents.
制定焊接质量检验及控制控制标准，协助建立相应的系统及文件
10.Responsible for the actual production of welding related problems and the improvement of the solution.
负责实际生产中焊接相关问题的改善及解决
Requirements:
-Mechanism/Engineering major with college degree
机械工程类大专学历
-5 years of work experience in manufacturing system

- 3+years experiences in welding, Familiar with equipment design.
焊接三年以上工作经验，且熟悉工装设计
