Main Purpose of Job:

1. To perform quality control activities which are planed in quality control plan defined by new project instruction cross function team during NPI phrase;
2. To check and verify the output of production line can meet criteria and requirement;
3. To keep record and provide the evidence of products meeting criteria of customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. To perform routine and random checks to semi-finished goods and finished goods according IP (inspection procedure), QC checklist, product acceptable criteria and sampling plan in process to verify product quality is good.
2. To report and monitor non-conformance find during above inspection process according QC inspection work instruction. QC is authorised to stop non-conformance production on line at the first time.
3. To fill in and collect quality records as requirement, such as QC tally chart, Inspection checklist and follow up immediately corrective action on line.
4. Undertake any other duties as required by QA Manager
5. Familiarise themselves with,and confirm to EHS policy,report all accidents, incidents,near misses and damage to their team leader or manager.

Qualifications:

1. Education/Experience/Credentials
Secondary specialized or technical school above, has at lease 2 years working experience in QA field, familiar with SMT, Box build and Cable assembly process are preferred.

2. Language Ability
Can read some easy and frequently-used quality terms in English.

3. Physical Demands
With goods healthy situation. No Colour Vision obstacle, inspection result shall be “Normal”, the minimum standards in one eye, corrected with glasses or not corrected > 1.0.
