Summary: Execute the long term supply agreement of the company by utilizing knowledge of process capabilities and effective business coordination and management. Complete the whole business process from customer order to payment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Execution of supply agreement with customers.
2. Regular contacts and communication with customers.
3. Collect customer forecast and fixed order to work out raw material purchase and stock plan.
4. Setup production and product inventory plan.
5. Work out shipment plan in coordination with customers.
6. Visit customers and potential customers at their place of business when appropriate to enhance relationships with customers and insure appropriate
7. Effectively manage customer relationships.
8. Maintain inter-company relationships, technical information and communications to be liaison for company and customers.
9. Coordinate internal sales activities for assigned customers, insuring customers’ specific requirements are properly interpreted.
10. Work with customers to develop optimum business process to fit our capabilities.
11. Manage & implement customer pricing.

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Job Knowledge/Technical Skills

1. Has minimum 2 years automotive industry working experience in sales and/or business, commercial administration position, ideally car parts suppliers.

2. Good English communication skill, German is a plus.

3. Strong abilities and skills of international and Chinese customer management with 3 to 4 years working experience in sales and business administration and/or commercial sections.

4. Pursues training and development opportunities;

5. Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills;

6. Seeks professional development opportunities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) of business administration or international business etc. from four-year college or university.
