Main Responsibility:

1. Supervise daily accounting processes including GL and reporting etc

2. Assist finance manager in providing accurate and legal finance report, Ensure all accounting and management reports timely and accurately

3. Manage monthly financial closing and full set of accounts for P.R.C and IFRS accounting rules, prepare statutory financial report and corporate financial report on time on a monthly basis.

4. Prepare tax report and statistic report to ensure compliance to local statutory requirements

5. Review and ensure timely account reconciliation.

6. Conducting annual stocktaking and FA counting together with Logistics and Production department.

7. Coordinate with plants and other departments to improve GL process. Responsible for internal and external auditing.

8. Assist finance manager to develop internal controls, policies, processes and carry out the control processes to meet the requirement of headquarter. Prepare the data for annual budget and forecast etc.

9. Other tasks assigned by finance manager.

Requirement:

1. Associate degree in accounting or finance.

2. years of Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a multi-currency environment.

3. Strong Excel skills as well as related software (Word, PowerPoint)

4. Experience in SAP system would be a plus.

5. Fluent written and spoken English are required.
