岗位名称Position Title: Key Account Manager

职位概要Job Summary:
Develop the OEM sales and profitability in China. Manage the key accounts relationship for long term business development.
主要职责Main Responsibilities:
- With an adequate sales experience in automotive domain preferably for Engine parts
- Analyze the market and define targeting customers.
- Make business plan proposal and implementChina Engine Systems sales strategy.
- Make sales and to reach the growth objectives.
- Provide necessary commercial and technical supports to the OEM customers for building long term solid business relationship.
- Manage RFQ, Contract and payment.
- Provide input to performance appraisals and development plans for Application/Sales engineers and Sales Administrators.
- Coordinate customer teams in order to monitor all platform activity and provide input to the Business Plan.
- Closely cooperation internally with technical engineers, project manager, quality and production etc.

任职资格Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, engineer preferred
- More than 8-10 years of sales working experience in automotive parts international company
- Excellent in English both in oral and written
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Sales sense and understand customer needs
- Good analysis capability and market knowledge (customers, competitors, product…)
- Good interpersonal skills for building and maintaining the relationship
- Customer visit frequently pursuing quotation opportunities, price negotiation, product/quality, delivery, engineering needs and problem solving
- Good team spirit with technical engineers, project management, purchasing etc.
- Internally communication with global KAMs in Europe and US
- Like challenges and willing to win
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Speak fluently English
- Sales for engine parts to auto OEMs is a plus
- Experience of negotiation in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in computer sofeware like PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
- Fundamental Marketing knowledge
- Engine knowledge
