JOB SUMMARY
Engineering manager to manage the Engineering Department under the supervision of Operation Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist and coach sites’ engineering team to perform better and achieve business objectives, lead engineering teams to achieve business goals
2. Analyze and point out existing problems or improvement areas in SMT/Assembly and Testing/ANA processe
3. Utilize and adapt six sigma philosophy to solve problems and improve current processes to mean customers’ lean requirements
4. Build up and develop strong local technical staff & team through coaching and mentoring
5. Other duties as related to the Engineering Manager as may be deemed necessary

REQUIREMENT
1. > 7 years in Hand Phone Manufacturing environment , know & excel in RF testing such as WCDMA/GSM/LTE & has good knowledge on mobile phone.
7年以上的手机电子电路知识的积累，熟知手机电路工作原理，具有电子电路分析能力
2. Good organizational skills
具有一定组织能力
3. Using PROTEL to design circuit and PCB
使用电子设计工具PROTEL进行电路设计到PCB的设计.
4. Excel in C++ or Labview to programm and debug
擅于使用C++或Labview进行编程，调试 .
5. Be practiced in using of Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer,Signal Generator and Power Supplies.
熟练使用示波器，频谱仪，信号发生器，电源等仪器设备。
