Education/教育程度:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related technical field.
本科以上学历, 工程类或相关专业
Motor/Mechanical/ /Automation Engineering is preferred
电机制造/机械工程/自动化专业者优先

Language/语言:
Capability of English reading, writing. Fluent English at oral.
英语具备完成交流的读写能力，具备熟练的口头交流能力。

PC Skill/电脑:
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excell, Power point, AutoCAD, SAP.

Others/其它要求
1.At least 5 working experience with engineering/ motor manufacture background
至少五年工程/ 电机制造背景方面的工作经验
2.Having rich knowledge and experience of complex project handling in motor stator/rotor manufacture, motor assembly area.

Main Responsibility主要职责:
1． Build/Maintain matured motor manufacturing process to ensure process reliability and stability, including PN/Routing/BOM, ECM, CI/WI/CP.
建立、维护电机制造PN/Routing/BOM, ECM, CI/WI/CP等流程，确保其可靠、稳定。
2． Develop IE/Lean programs to investigate and optimize the applications of new assem-bling process, technologies continuously to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce cost.
运用IE/Lean持续改进生产装配方法，提高生产力，提升质量，降低成本。
3. Support NPI development for new project. Ensure the readiness for normal produc-tion.
支持NPI部门的新品项目，确保产品正式生产时准备就绪。

Daily Duties日常工作:
1. Build the correct BOM for product in computer system.
在电脑系统中为产品建立正确的物料清单
2. Make and maintain work &control instructions in production area. Be responsible for standard time of production/work center/routine. Training and help new PT engineer start roles.
建立并维护生产区电机生产线的工艺和控制作业指导书，对生产线的标准时间，work cen-ter，routine 的准确性负责。帮助培训新工程师进步。
3. Ensure all changes notes are executed promptly
确保所有的工程变更被实施和落实。
4. Maintain routine of the processes in motor production area. Positive for efficiency im-provement.
在生产区域维护生产工艺之日常工作, 主动寻找效率关键点，思考方案，拟定计划，
整合公司资源实施改进。
5. Support quality department to solve actual quality problems.
帮助质量部门解决实际的质量问题, 主动提前发现质量隐患点，提高生产质量水平。
6. Propose and select new equipment to benefit efficiency, capacity, quality and environment. Evaluate the production line capacity, make the budget for the next year and implement the plan on time.
建议并选择新设备，以便提高效率，生产能力，质量及环境。评估生产线产能，制定下一年度的设备预算并按时积极实施该计划。
7. Lead or support localization projects.
主导、协助零件本地化项目的进展。
8. Issue and Lead efficiency improvement, cost saving, quality improvement projects in pro-duction line.
主动发起并实施效率改进, 成本降低，质量提高项目。
9. Train operators and tool setters.
协助培训操作工及工艺维护员
10. Keep track of changes involved in production and revision.
跟踪所有生产中的更改及修正, 使更新及时到位。
11. Take other tasks that may be assigned by PT manager. Handle projects which crossed matrix.
完成技术经理安排的其他工作，操作跨区域的复杂项目。
