Responsibilities:

1.To define, develop and implement EHS programs or procedures, such as LOTO, Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety, electric safety, Forklift safety, etc.

2.Support Quality department to maintain ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 management system;

3.Define internal EHS auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance;

4.Implement incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline;

5.Manage contractor safety, site PPE, special equipment/workers certificates, fire fighting equipment, etc to be full complied with internal procedures or local regulations.

6.Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders and external local authorities/suppliers or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc.

7.Implement risk management for new material/equipment, new process introduction.

8.Complete EHS reports including audit finding reports in a timely manner.

9.Deliver EHS training to new hires, employees and subcontractors per defined schedule.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in engineering area of fulltime university;

2.Requires a minimum of 3 years working experience in EHS area;

3. Good understanding of EHS management system;

4. Fluent in English preferred, Knowledge of risk analysis and internal control process;Planning & organizing ability, work efficiency,Problem solving;Adaptability,Communication skills, Initiative, Skilful in Microsoft Office.
