Job Requirement:
1. Master degree or above in solid mechanics or mechanical engineering
2. Have at least 3 years working experience on CAE field.
3. Proficient in structural analysis using FEA softwares such as Nastran,Abaqus or Ansys.
4. Be able to optimize the design based on FEA analysis results.
5. Familiar with automotive components.
6. Strong problem analyzing and trouble shooting skills.
7. Fast learner expected.
Job Responsibility:
1. Establishing and maintaining CAE resources to provide Mold Flow and Finite Ele-ment method. Support in order to develop and maintain UBGS strategic targets. Support has to be co-ordinated with ADC Manager.
2. Training of AD, TCS engineers and distributors in usage of CAE-reports, enabling them to give competent advise.
3. To ensure competent technical support concerning material selection, part-, tool-construction and injection moulding to customers, agents and distributors in shortest possible timing. (< 1 Week)
4. To prepare and provide technical literature and training on products, processing and properties to direct sales, agents and distributors.
