任职要求：
Technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent), major in Mechanics or ElectricalEngineering Above 6 years of experience in engineering
Processcontrol Knowledge of CNC system setup,maintenace,programming, Knowledge of electrical (PLC,Servo control,Industrial network)
Skilled in Robot debug, programming
职位职责：
1.Responsible for developing, maintaining and continually improving all shop manfacturing processes,methods,instructions and best practice across the shop;
2.Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for, and as an integral part of, all new product development and product enhancement programs, using advanced engineering techniques such as DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly), FMEA,APQP……;
3.Responsible for developing and implementing true process control, which would include testing, validation, process studies, process control, process inspections both internally and externally with the supply chain;
4.Keep abreast as to latest technology in fixturing and tooling concepts ;
5.Drive standardization, simplification implementation of manufacturing process and systems such as CAM systems and software, programming practices, cutting edge durable and consumable tooling practices
