任职要求：
1、5年或以上工作经历；
2、本科或以上学历, 汽车发动机或机械、制造、自动化等工程相关专业；
3、3年或以上发动机水泵制造企业工作经验，熟悉水泵和发动机冷却系工作原理；
4、熟悉水泵结构、生产工艺, 试验验证,零部件加工工艺、零部件供应商及质量控制(特别是水封和ISB)；了解水泵常见失效模式及解决方案；
5、有Soidworks, UG, CATIA 或Pro/E等3D/2D软件应用经验，熟悉GD&T；
6、了解TS16949 和APQP,熟悉D/PFMEA, VA/VE, DOE, SPC, DVP&R, PPAP等工具；
7、协商能力及主观能动性；
8、同一阶段能同时关注多项任务；
9、良好的分析及解决问题能力, 对工作有热情, 关注细节；
10、事先计划及设定期限, 有效跟进和管理项目进展；
11、很好的英语口语和书面交流技巧；
12、熟练掌握Offiece常用办公软件，如Microsoft Project软件；
13、善于沟通、勤于协作。



职位职责：
Job Description/岗位描述：
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
discuss technical proposals and assist in early design stages at customers;
attend regular technical training at LAP to receive updates;
participate with testing sessions at customer (ie. signature analysis and tuning tests)
COMMUNICATION:
communicate and translate, where applicable, customer issues and directions
research and advise on field concerns, CCN follow-up, 8 D procedures;
create and maintain action lists on monthly /weekly basis;
CUSTOMER LIAISON:
maintain constant presence at customer
maintain good relationship with customer
Conduct supplier evaluations focusing on all aspects: supplier capabilities, on time delivery, responsiveness, quality, price, diagnostic record and stability of finished goods inventory.
Champion of assigned supplier development initiatives and actively manage the development of new suppliers.
Responsible for the verifications of supplier's PPAP process and "run at rate" status.
Accountable for verification of the quantity and quality of LAC owned tooling.
Management of assigned supplier corrective actions.
Impose and monitor Level 1 and Level 2 containment of suppliers where necessary.
Participate in the supplier selection process. Provide technical and practical support when contract terms and conditions are being drafted.
Develop and maintain relationships with the supplier.
Travel to each supplier each time (or as required by management) they ship non-conforming product to the LAC.
Investigate the cause of the problem with the supplier and verify implementation of corrective action.
Track and audit finished goods inventory levels at each supplier on a weekly basis. Put high-risk suppliers on daily production and finished goods inventory tracking.
Review LAC's documented cost accumulations for supply issues with suppliers for completeness, fairness, and accuracy.
Maintain objectivity via professional behaviour and conduct.
Develop a strong understanding of component and product functionality. Use this as a guide to protecting LAC's interests.
Use the knowledge gained from supplier visits and process review to:
- Liaise with Program Managers in evaluating price adjustments proposed by the suppliers;
- Liaise with Program Managers with design for manufacture activities to achieve cost reductions;
- Liaise with QA and Production in their efforts to find out root causes for assembly and machining problems that may be caused by supplier non-conformances.
