1 大专以上学历，机械设计及制造自动化/模具或相关专业；
1. College or Above，major in Mechanical engineering or Mold design or related;
2 从事结构及其零部件设计(塑胶产品及五金产品）工作3年以上实际工作经验；
2. More than 3 years working experience in mechanical design and plastic part design.
3 熟练掌握塑胶原料基本特性及选材；
3. Familiar with plastic and metal parts properties and select plastic resin as alternate ;
4 熟悉塑胶和金属件的模具设计/结构及生产工艺；
4. Familiar with the molds design/structure for plastic & metal parts and manufacturing process;
5 熟悉小五金的基本知识；
5. Familiar with basic knowledge of hardwares;
6 熟练应用AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS(PRO-E)/MS Office等软件；
6 Good skills in AutoCAD, Pro/E or Solid works and MS-Office;
7 具备独立工作能力和团队合作精神及积极地工作态度；
7 Work separately and team work spirit and work hard with Object oriented;
8 了解ISO概念和新产品开发流程；
8 Familiar with the procedure of ISO and R&D process;
9 有很好的英语读写能力,可以用英语与客户交流，.CET-4级以上.
9 Capable to communicate with customer in English, MUST good writing/reading English，CET4 and Above
10.Plastic Molds Design is preferred.

Job responsibilities 岗位职责
1 负责按客户的要求完成新项目的结构设计、验证及承认，零部件材料的选择及确认；并与客户进行必要的沟通，完成项目的设计；
1. Responsible to complete Mechanical Design according to customer requirements and Industry standards, components materials selection and validation. Communicate with customer during the project process.
2 协助EMI 工程师/电子工程师完成新项目的报价图纸和材料打样等；
2. Complete the drawing of quotation for the new projects with EMI engineer and electronic engineer and materials prepared.
3 负责塑胶模/金属模的开发进度并及时确认交期，完成对模具及产品的承认；及时处理模具制造中出现的问题；
3 Responsible to follow plastic/metal tooling schedule in time and validate and tooling approval. Handle with the problem during tooling manufacturing.
4 负责新供应商的评估及审核；
4. Responsible to audit the new suppliers with other departments.
5 为公司其它的部门提供技术支持；
5. Provide technical support for other departments.
6 完成上级分配的其它工作；
6. Achieve the tasks that manager assign.
