JD:
Manage, maintain and develop positive and strong relationship with customers to be the preferred supplier
Collaborates with other departments to launch new products and to resolve problem and to provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
Develop and implement program for efficient account planning and reporting
Provides timely, accurate quoting (RFQ) activities and competitive pricing on all opportunities submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Provides timely feedback to Sales Manager.
Maintain weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review opportunities, quotations, contracts and action plans to ensure targets are achieved.
Manage the stock inventory through professional account management

Requirements:

Customer and Results oriented, like to embrace new challenges and interested in technical and value added solutions
Good business understanding of cost containment and value added propositions.
Good listener and have ability to build a long-term customer relationships.; Experience in sales or project management
Chinese and English proficient
Knowledge of some other languages is recommended

IKOR was established in 1981 in San Sebastian (Spain). It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. IKOR contributes with know-how and added value to high quality product, ranging form the design and industrialization of the product to total integration in the client’s strategy.

Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

In its 20 years of existence, the annual training plan for all departments of the company guarantees an up-to-date knowledge of electronics technology and the latest management and quality techniques in use, thus obtaining the best value of the company and the human team.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. In 1998, it opened a plant (MEXIKOR) in Guadalajara (Mexico) that covers 1,200 square meters with a daily production capacity of 250,000 units, quickly adopting the same degree of automation, flexibility and quality as IKOR in Spain.

Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
