- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Supply Chain Controller 供应链控制员 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Performing target/actual comparisons, creation of analyses, reports and derivation of measures (including weakpoint analyses, checking for/implementing known potential savings, ...), in order to create transparency in the logistics process. Designing and creating analyses and special evaluations for management and/or interface partners.

- Providing regular analysis of Performance-KPI's (Planning, Purchasing and Delivery related) to inform SC superiors of latest supply chain performance and development trend, highlight the weakpoints and risks, and joining other SC teams to implement improvement measures.

- Awareness of the reporting system function with choice, development and introduction of suitable controlling tools (taking into consideration higher-ranking requirements or controlling tools), in order to provide a regular (management) information system.

- Updating, (re-) design SC related SCM processes and work instructions according to internal or external audit / assessment results or actual needs from other SC teams, to keep SC processes and work instructions up to date and in line with latest control requirements.

- Supporting the full-coverage use of logistics tools to incorporate controlling know-how into the logistics processes by giving training on tools.

- Participating in working groups and working in projects, in order to keep themselves and others informed and to incorporate controlling know-how into the logistics processes.

- Performing other projects / tasks assigned by superior.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- College or above

- Fulent English and computer skill

- 2~3 years experience in order management / material planning / operative purchasing / business administration.

- 2~3 years working experience in supply chain management areas, Project experience preferred,

- Good teamwork,

- Good learning ability, analytical ability, communication skills.

What else do I need to know?

- Basic knowledge of products.

- Basic knowledge about Process@SEAL, signature regulations, SCM processes, QMS processes, EHS process

- Basic SCM knowledge( for example : Logistics KPI ,Order Management ,Import &Export Handling Process, Purchase Planing Process, Inventory Management, Supplier Logistics Management, SC Reporting & Controlling, etc. )

- Basic awareness of SCM tools (for example: ABC/XYZ analysis, SAP, JONAS, OMS, Logistics Newsticker, etc.)
