职位：外贸单证员

任务：

1.协调公司日常的出口清关及运输业务；

2.与货代和生产计划沟通协调装柜时间，做好报关文件的准备与提交；

3.跟踪出货后的文件，负责关务和运输相关文件的归档与查询工作；

4.海外客户清关文件的准备与及时提供；

5.熟悉国际贸易术语的使用，及时与货代确认各条款下新订单的运杂费。

6.配合主管完成物流部门其他工作。

要求：

1.熟悉进出口报关流程。

2.熟练操作office软件，尤其是Excel。

3.工作细心，认真负责，对数字敏感。
