Operation manager for the metal-working industry

We are a German company with the head office in Duisburg/Germany and our own production plant in Suzhou/China. We combine the European quality standards and the German know-how with the favorable production opportunities in China. Within our business field “Fixing Systems” we are focused on the sales and production of highly sophisticated products for the construction industry and we are providing our products worldwide to the construction and precast industry.

To follow our profitable growth over the last years we are searching for our company in Suzhou/China for an operation manager as soon as possible. The holder of this position will report to the General Manager of the company.

Your responsibilities

1. For the complete management of the production and procurement with 80 employees

2. Organization and optimization of all operation processes

3. Maintenance management

4. Order processing and communication with the German and Chinese sales departments

5. Development of the quality level of the suppliers

6. Relationship management and negotiations with suppliers

7. Material planning and warehouse management

Your profile

1. Completed university studies in engineering sciences

2. Several years of professional experiences in leading of a metal-working plant

3. Management′s negotiation skills

4. Years of experiences in staff leadership

5. Very good English languages skills are absolutely necessary

6. Excellent MS-office skills

7. Strong communication skills and structured working method complete your profile
