Job Responsibilities:

1.Mentor or team leader for quality improvement project.

2.Setup of standard & req’t to PCB and component suppliers

3.Work with PUQ for electronic material quality issue

4.Participating PFMEA, CP, Work Instruction development and review

5.Internal spec . setup based on IPC std & customers' requests, and monitoring quality standard implement effectiveness

6.Lead PCBA process LPA

7.Identifying process quality risk, and preventive quality issue

8.Identifying process quality improvement opportunity, lessons learned deployment

9.Non-conformity data analysis

10.Cooperating and analyzing with cross function team

11.Establishing FAI (First Article Inspection) and Sampling checking process quality

12.QC training

13.IPC standard training

14.Guidance and work on final ass’y issues which are related to PCBA

15.Participating customer quality issue analysis and resolving related to PCBA

16.Working with engineering for PCBA improvement.



Job Requirements:

1. College or above, major in electrical engineering or other revelant

2. More than 5 years experience on SMT process management

3. Familiar w. quality control system, automotive requirements, TS16949, and related 5 manuals requirement. Know about APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP, FMEA, SPC is a preferred.

4. Both good in vebal and written English language.




Job Summary:

1.Experience knowledge in SMT

2.Knowledge of quality analysis tools, such as 8D, 5why.

3.Know TS16949 requirement, OEM requirements.

4.Experience knowkedge of IPC610.
